Brentwood 44ThirtySix

Brentwood 4436 was a home purchased by our client as an investment property. After having the entire house remediated from harmful building materials, we were brought on to overhaul the dated bungalow, alongside, Erin Gartner of Design Four.

The goal was to create an open floorplan with an emphasis on letting as much natural light in as possible. The structural work that was done between the kitchen and living room areas allowed for ease of flow on the main floor.

Custom details were included throughout the entirety of the home to maximize storage and space, while maintaining a commitment to the family-focused aesthetic. Whether it was custom-built bathroom vanities, medicine cabinets, closets, or pantries; in-floor heated and tiled entrances; or the beautiful stepped-casing detail throughout; every inch of the home was thoughtfully curated for the future homeowners.
