What to expect when working with us
Working with Dapper Built you should expect constant and ongoing communication. It is important that we have a clear and open working relationship with understanding of what it is you want, so we can deliver your vision. With Dean’s expertise and knowledge of every aspect of construction you can expect quality results and the best the industry can offer.
Our Process
You will always start with a face-to-face meeting – it is important that you like us and get along with us before you choose to hire us!
You will have an in-depth conversation with us about your hopes and dreams for the space.
We will create an estimate for your desired project and present it to you.
If there are budgetary concerns, we will work with you to adjust the estimate, where needed, to work with your budget.
Once the budget is finalized, the estimate contract needs to be signed and work will be scheduled.
You will receive a timeline for the project that will be updated periodically to reflect any changes on the job site.
